Track your order

As soon as your board ships, we email you a tracking number. That email is the fastest way to follow the package.

If you have the tracking number

Enter it at usps.com for domestic orders, or at the carrier named in your shipping confirmation for international orders.

If you have an account

Sign in and open your orders to see the current status of everything you have bought from us.

If you cannot find the email

Check spam, then email info@bacaboard.com with the name and address on the order. We will look it up and resend it.

Timing

Orders placed on a business day leave our shop within 24 hours. Tracking can take a day to start updating after the label is created — that gap is normal and does not mean the package is lost.
