Shipping policy

Free shipping to the lower 48

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered in the 48 contiguous United States. Faster paid options are offered at checkout if you need the board sooner.

Dispatch time

Boards are in stock. Orders placed on a business day leave our shop within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday go out the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created, and tracking can take a day to start updating after that. That gap is normal.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO

We ship there. Rates are calculated at checkout and the free lower-48 rate does not apply.

International

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated live at checkout by USPS or DHL Express based on your address, and the free lower-48 rate does not apply. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. Delivery times outside the United States depend on the carrier and on customs, and are outside our control.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it before you order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once the second postage is paid.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls, or the board arrives damaged, email info@bacaboard.com with your order number and photographs. We will sort it out.

Returns

Return shipping is covered inside the lower 48 within the 30-day window. Full detail is in our return and refund policy.
